  Endomorphs:--

The well endowed guys. They are on the heavier side & characterized by a heavy build, pear-shaped body, round physique, medium bone structure, round facial structure, short neck, medium shoulders & soft chest. Their body fat levels are very high while their muscularity varies from low to medium.Endomorphs need to loose fat and maximize muscle growth. A regulation of their meal content, timing and quantity is compulsory to build muscles and loose flab. This body type has an added disadvantage of slow metabolism. Therefore a diet comprising low-glycemic carbohydrates in moderation, protein rich food and moderate amount of fats is recommended. They have to stay focused on their goal of fat loss and need to put in real effort.

  • Limit fat intake to 20% of total calories
  • Load up on fiber and water
  • Snack on fruits & veggies
