Hey Sandeep you have taken out a great point. It matters a lot to our lives.
I also think there should be a stable pattern for us to be judged on equal platform all the time.
Akshay I agree with you about practical knowledge. Not just in exams but also in our education pattern there should be more practical stuff. But I couldnt understand what you said about guidance. Is it to do with studies?

Well i would like to share my opinion this subject, because i think we need more guidance and also we need to do lot about our exams, for eg. two years back for appearing Class 4 Part B exams every one has to undergo 3 months of classes, but this is not compulsory, result of this is that just after completing advanced cources people appear for their exams, result of that is without preparation most of them fail, and in our system once you get failed you will get second chance to appear after about 3 to 4 months of time, so we need to understand this thing and should prepare well for the first time, and should not be in a hurry to clear the exams

One more important thing that in our COC exams we test one's therotical knowledge more and practical knowledge less, many things that we prepare for exams we don't have to use them onboard, so we should design our exams such that it can test theortical as well as practical knowledge
In my opinion these things should be taken care of , i may be right or wrong, and would like to know others comments on this subject and would also like to write more later.
